If you believe you have been charged in error, please submit a support request. We offer a courtesy 7-day grace period for refunding erroneous charges. Due to the time-sensitive nature of our services, we do not offer partial refunds. Under most circumstances, Fishdope / BD Outdoors LLC does not refund chargebacks or disputed payments for which the bank or arbitrator rules in Fishdope / BD Outdoors LLC’s favor. It is in all parties’ interest to attempt to resolve the issue amicably by submitting a support request to us before filing a chargeback or dispute.
